Polygala sinaica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Sinai. Nama ilmiah Polygala sinaica diperkenalkan oleh Victor Petrovič Botschantzev pada tahun 1964.
