Polygala sophiae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Transkaukasia. Nama ilmiah Polygala sophiae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Liubov Kemularia-Nathadze pada tahun 1948.
