Polygala westii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polygalaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Namibia tengah, Zimbabwe barat, North-West Province timur. Nama ilmiah Polygala westii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Arthur Wallis Exell pada tahun 1957.
