Polygonum gussonei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Sicilia, Italia selatan. Nama ilmiah Polygonum gussonei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Agostino Todaro pada tahun 1864.
