Polygonum polycnemoides merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Türkiye hingga Mongolia dan Himalaya barat. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan manyleg knotweed. Nama ilmiah Polygonum polycnemoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Hippolyte François Jaubert pada tahun 1844.
