Polylepis incarum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Bolivia (La Paz). Nama ilmiah Polylepis incarum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Friedrich August Georg Bitter pada tahun 2006.
