Polystichum obae merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Polypodiaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Nansei-shoto (Amami-gunt?). Nama ilmiah Polystichum obae diperkenalkan oleh Motozi Tagawa pada tahun 1933.
