Polystichum uahukaense merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Marquesas (Ua Huka). Nama ilmiah Polystichum uahukaense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis David H. Lorence pada tahun 2011.
