Populus simaroa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Salicaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko tengah dan barat daya. Nama ilmiah Populus simaroa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jerzy Rzedowski pada tahun 1975.
