Portulaca californica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Portulacaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Baja California Sur). Nama ilmiah Portulaca californica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlos Maria Diego Enrique Legrand pada tahun 1952.
