Portulaca humilis merupakan tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Portulacaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk semak dengan siklus hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Tanzania. Nama ilmiah Portulaca humilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis (Gustav) Albert Peter pada tahun 1938.
