Potamogeton foliosus subsp. fibrillosus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semak dari famili Potamogetonaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh di air (hidrofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian barat. Nama ilmiah Potamogeton foliosus subsp. fibrillosus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Merritt Lyndon Fernald pada tahun 1996.
