Potamogeton wrightii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Potamogetonaceae yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Asia hingga Pasifik barat laut. Nama ilmiah Potamogeton wrightii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Morong pada tahun 1886.
