Potentilla heptaphylla subsp. australis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Eropa tengah dan tenggara. Nama ilmiah Potentilla heptaphylla subsp. australis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Frederik Nyman pada tahun 1922.
