Pothos ovatifolius merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan) yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan Malesia barat hingga Filipina. Nama ilmiah Pothos ovatifolius diperkenalkan oleh Heinrich Gustav Adolf Engler pada tahun 1905.
