Pourthiaea amphidoxa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China selatan. Nama ilmiah Pourthiaea amphidoxa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Camillo Karl Schneider pada tahun 1932.
