Pouteria pallida adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Sapotaceae (suku sawo-sawoan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Lesser Antilles hingga Trinidad. Nama ilmiah Pouteria pallida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Karl Friedrich von Gaertner pada tahun 1942.
