Praxelis diffusa merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Praxelis diffusa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Louis Claude Marie Richard pada tahun 1998.
