Prestonia tysonii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Panama. Nama ilmiah Prestonia tysonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alwyn Howard Gentry pada tahun 1974.
