Primula efarinosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan timur, Hubei barat). Nama ilmiah Primula efarinosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ferdinand Albin Pax pada tahun 1905.
