Primula frondosa merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Bulgaria tengah. Nama ilmiah Primula frondosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Victor von Janka pada tahun 1873.
