Primula iljinskii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Asia tengah. Nama ilmiah Primula iljinskii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Andrey Aleksandrovich Fedorov pada tahun 1952.
