Primulina tabacum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Guangdong utara). Nama ilmiah Primulina tabacum diperkenalkan oleh Henry Fletcher Hance pada tahun 1883.
