Prostanthera aspalathoides merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia timur dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Prostanthera aspalathoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Allan Cunningham pada tahun 1834.
