Prosthechea fausta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada batang pohon lain (epifit) dan membentuk umbi semu (pseudobulbous). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil selatan.
