Protea ongotium adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Proteaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Angola. Nama ilmiah Protea ongotium pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Stanley Beard pada tahun 1963.
