Protomegabaria macrophylla merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Phyllanthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kamerun barat daya hingga Rep. Kongo. Nama ilmiah Protomegabaria macrophylla pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Hutchinson pada tahun 1911.
