Prunus arborea var. alticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Sumatra hingga Sulawesi. Nama ilmiah Prunus arborea var. alticola pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cornelis Kalkman pada tahun 1993.
