Prunus brachypoda adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China tengah dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Prunus brachypoda pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alexander Theodorowicz Batalin pada tahun 1892.
