Prunus harae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Bhutan. Nama ilmiah Prunus harae diperkenalkan oleh Hideaki Ohba pada tahun 2010.
