Prunus hypoleuca merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Rosaceae (suku mawar-mawaran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China. Nama ilmiah Prunus hypoleuca diperkenalkan oleh Bernhard Adalbert Emil Koehne pada tahun 2010.
