Pseudopodospermum leptophyllum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Türkiye hingga Iran. Nama ilmiah Pseudopodospermum leptophyllum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1978.
