Psiadia ceylanica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari India (Kerala, Tamil Nadu), Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Psiadia ceylanica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Arnott Walker-Arnott pada tahun 1972.
