Psorothamnus thompsoniae var. whitingii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Arizona hingga Colorado. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan whiting's dalea. Nama ilmiah Psorothamnus thompsoniae var. whitingii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Thomas Henry Kearney pada tahun 1977.
