Psychotria aurea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua New Guinea. Nama ilmiah Psychotria aurea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Adolf Georg Lauterbach pada tahun 1905.
