Psylliostachys volkii merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Plumbaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Afghanistan timur. Nama ilmiah Psylliostachys volkii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Karl Heinz Rechinger pada tahun 1963.
