Pterocyclus rotundatus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Tibet selatan hingga Nepal. Nama ilmiah Pterocyclus rotundatus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 2000.
