Pterostylis agathicola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Pulau North Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Pterostylis agathicola pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1997.
