Puhuaea sequax adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan Asia tropis dan subtropis. Nama ilmiah Puhuaea sequax pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nathaniel Wallich pada tahun 2019.
