Pycnanthemum pycnanthemoides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Amerika Serikat timur hingga Illinois. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan southern mountainmint. Nama ilmiah Pycnanthemum pycnanthemoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Melines Conklin Leavenworth pada tahun 1908.
