Quercus gilliana merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tibet, China (Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu). Nama ilmiah Quercus gilliana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Alfred Rehder pada tahun 1916.
