Quercus subsericea merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jawa barat, Sumatra, Semenanjung Malaysia, Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Quercus subsericea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Aimée Antoinette Camus pada tahun 1933.
