Rafflesia atjehensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Rafflesiaceae. Nama ilmiah Rafflesia atjehensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Sijfert Hendrik Koorders pada tahun 1918. Nama spesies ini merupakan sinonim dari Rafflesia arnoldi var. atjehensis.
