Rafflesia azlanii merupakan tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Rafflesiaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Semenanjung Malaysia. Nama ilmiah Rafflesia azlanii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Abdul Latiff pada tahun 2003.
