Rafflesia baletei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Rafflesiaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina (Luzon). Nama ilmiah Rafflesia baletei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Julie F. Barcelona pada tahun 2006.
