Rafflesia ciliata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Rafflesiaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan bagian timur laut. Nama ilmiah Rafflesia ciliata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Sijfert Hendrik Koorders pada tahun 1918.
