Rafflesia horsfieldii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan holoparasit dari famili Rafflesiaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jawa Barat. Di Indonesia tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan nama patmosari. Nama ilmiah Rafflesia horsfieldii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Brown pada tahun 1821.
