Rafnia capensis subsp. ovata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Rafnia capensis subsp. ovata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Peter Jonas Bergius pada tahun 2001.
