Restio elsieae merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Restionaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Western Cape (Pegunungan Hex River). Nama ilmiah Restio elsieae pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2010.
