Restio monostylis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Restionaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape barat daya (Swellendam hingga Riversdale). Nama ilmiah Restio monostylis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Neville Stuart Pillans pada tahun 2010.
